Easter greetings

 Scratch unplugged the hot glue gun and studied her handiwork. With a satisfied "hmph", she packed the craft supplies back in their plastic box. Just then, Mort and Indigo wandered in. Mort was unwrapping a mini Snickers bar he'd snuck from the basket of candy. Scratch was always bringing home candy it seemed like. 

Indigo noticed the hat first. "Oh! How lovely! Is that why you bought flowers from the dollar store?"

Scratch grinned. 

Louis picked up the hat and put it on. "This is something else! We cannot wait to see you in it next month!" 

Mort gave a sly smile and nudged Indigo with a scaly wing. "That reminds me. Indigo wanted to ask you something..." The little blue dragon blushed. Her cheeks turned a lovely shade of purple. "Erm. Could..... could I go with you? To the ren faire, I mean. " 

"I would love the company!" Exclaimed Scratch. "I need to find a basket to carry around, you can guard my stuff in the basket!" 

Indigo gave an excited squeak. "I can't wait!"

"First, we need to get through Easter though," said Dakota. He squinted at Mort, who was sneaking another piece of candy. Mort looked suitably sheepish, while chewing.....
